Living In Oshawa - Is Now The Best Time To Sell Your House?

This video will outline the current market conditions to help you determine if now is the best time to sell your house in Oshawa Ontario.  With the current market having almost no inventory, homes are selling extremely quick.  

Is It A Sellers Market?

As of February 22, 2020 there is currently less than 1 month worth of inventory on the market.  What that means is if no new homes were to come on the market, it would take less than 1 month for all homes to be sold.  Experts say it is a sellers market when inventory is less than 6 months.

Is It A Buyers Market?

In order for it to be a buyers market, there needs to be more than 6 months worth of inventory on the market.  We are not even close to this, indicating that it is a sellers market.
