1. Whitby Lakefront

The Whitby Lakefront is one you do NOT want to miss out on.  It has amazing parks, trails and a 420 slip marina.  There is a public boat launch aswell.  

2. Whitby Downtown

Not only does whitby have one downtown, they have 2.  The initial downtown is located at Brock St. & Hwy 2 while the north end neighborhood of Brooklin has its own.  Be sure to check out both.

3. Whitby Farmer's Market

The Whitby Farmer's Market is one you should check out during the summer for all of your fresh produce needs.  It is located right in the heart of Whitby's Downtown directly infront of the Public Library.

4. Whitby Parks

So many people enjoy the Whitby Parks becuase they are so well maintained by the town of Whitby.  My kids favorite by far has to be Baycliffe Park (AKA ROCKETSHIP PARK).  If you go there once, your kids will not want to go to any other parks.

5. Whitby Conservation Areas

The Whitby conservation areas are perfect for those who like to see nature in its almost natural state.  Whitby has 2 conservation areas, both of which are very popular for residents in and around the Durham Region.
